1. Ensuring supply

The basic costs for the children's home with 120 children amount to a total of USD 5000.-. Whit this amount, catering, clothes, hygiene articles, rent for the accommodation and school costs are included.

2. Reducing fixed costs

Approximatey USD 1000 USD per month is currently paid for rent for the premises. This is a very large amount in proportion. In the medium term, a plot of land needs to be acquired and built on. On the purchased plot there should be enough space for the children's home to grow their own agricultural products and to keep small animals. As a result, the current fixed costs would be significantly reduced.

3. Help for self-help

The children's home should be able to finance itself over time. A solid foundation must first be built for this purpose. From that point on, fair micro-credits can be granted for purchases, for example, to buy machines and tools. The micro loans should be able to be repaid by the income of the goods generated. The recovered money can then continue to flow into new projects.
